This company is the leading FMCG business which produces some of the most loved and highly respected food and beverage brands in the world.

About the Opportunity 

The company now has a need for a Senior Legal Counsel to join its highly-respected legal team for 12 months. This is a very broad in-house position and will provide dedicated legal support to one of the company’s leading and most established brands. The role will involve negotiating complex commercial agreements relating to supply and distribution for both the EMEA and wider global business on a retail and wholesale basis; negotiating manufacturing agreements, business critical sales contracts, technology agreements and procurement as well as advising on IP and promotions, product development and innovations and consumer relations.

About You

A broad commercial contracts background ideally gained within FMCG or retail is key. Knowledge and experience with consumer businesses is also essential. Experience working with sales and marketing teams would be useful. You must have strong relationship developments skills, excellent commercial acumen and be able to work both in a team and also autonomously.
