NEW 2021: Corporate M&A Associate (specializing in P/E downstream), Cayman Islands, Offshore

2021: This 'brand new' corporate M&A role is fresh from the Cayman with this exceptional Global player, situated firmly in the central financial offshore districts around the business World.  With a good emphasis on downstream private equity and some experience, you will ideally be a Western Lawyer (ideally U.S. but also U.K. / 'Common Law' qualified) .. with excellent corporate drafting skills and able to hit the ground running with all things 'corporate' and the 'leg work' that goes with it.  The emphasis on this role is mid level and for you to be able to 'do the job' and later progress up the ladder rapidly.  You will have the flexibility and personality to work well with different team members on a range of corporate matters (including M&A / P/E, JV transactional matters, corporate structuring, but also general corporate advice), excellent client handling skills and ability to nurture client relationships when the time comes.
