About the role:
As a Commercial Property Paralegal, your role will be diverse and will include:
* Work closely with the team on a range of Commercial Property matters including acquisitions and disposals, overage agreements, option and promotion agreements, development agreements and funding agreements
* Drafting correspondence to clients and other side's Solicitors
* Diarising and monitoring deadlines
* Liaising with external and internal clients
* Assisting other teams members on various aspects of their cases, as required
About you:
You will be a Paralegal with at least 6 months' experience in Commercial Property matters either in private practice or in-house. As the ideal candidate, you will be approachable and be confident at handling a range of issues. You will be a self-motivator who has a passion for Commercial Property.
