The Role

This leading Legal 500 firm is seeking to hire a Defendant Clinical Negligence Solicitor 5+ years PQE to join their office in the heart of the City of London.

The Clinical Negligence team are very highly ranked, and many of the members are recommended by the Legal 500. The team's expertise has been described as second to none, and therefore there is arguably no better place to develop a career in Defendant Clinical Negligence than with this firm.

The role will give you a fantastic opportunity to handle high value and quality claims and either work on, or assist in more complex cases (depending on experience).

Defendant Personal Injury Solicitors that have done a proportion of clinical negligence work within their caseload will also be considered.

Whatever background you have, it must be defendant focused as the firm will not consider a claimant lawyer looking for a change.

Interestingly, the firm has been involved in industry-leading and groundbreaking projects, including enabling new technology providers to establish products in the health market.

They have also advised on the development of new care models for NHS, they have helped GPs to expand primary care provision by setting up GP federations and super-practices.

They have also supported companies developing novel cell therapies and gene therapies and helped charities and social enterprises to initiate new organisational structures and ways of working.

Requirements:

  • You will be a Defendant Clinical Negligence Associate 5+ PQE
  • You will be organised and have strong time management skills
  • You will have excellent client care and communication skills
