Job Details
This elite NY law firm is looking for a mid-level capital markets associate to be based in its São Paulo and/or New York offices. The team is amongst the most reputable in the market, advising clients in Brazil and in Latin America.
The role will cover a full range of domestic and global capital markets transactions, both equity and debt, with a focus on Latin America.
The ideal candidate will be admitted to practice in New York and will have 3 to 6 years of relevant experience acting on New York-law governed transactions gained primarily at another US practice or major international law firm. Fluency in Portuguese and US capital markets experience is essential for this role.
