Corporate Finance Counsel (2-6PQE) – UK-Headquartered FinTech – Up to £100k

The Client

Our client, a UK-headquartered FinTech, seeks a Corporate Finance Counsel with approximately 2-6 years’ PQE to support its global function. This organisation is non-hierarchical, and wants to bring in a lawyer that can grow with the business.  You will report directly into the General Counsel.

About You

You should:

  • Have a strong corporate finance background;
  • Have top-tier law firm training;
  • Be able to build strong relationships, trust and credibility with stakeholders; and
  • Have approximately 2-6 years’ PQE.

This role could be permanent or contract-to-permanent.
