The Role

The firm are seeking a Corporate Commercial Solicitor to join their Leeds office.

The team is one of the busiest at the firm and they have big plans to expand this department further in line with their continued growth. They require a Solicitor to join them who is ambitious and really wanting to progress. Many of the hires they make as a firm are for the future partnership.

You will be joining a cutting-edge department which deals with an exciting client base, offering real value to the matters they deal with. They are particularly popular with entrepreneurs, SME, OMB and tech start-ups. They operate across many industry sectors but are known for their specialist knowledge within the Technology and Media space.

You will deal with a broad range of work, including M&A, Commercial contracts, Restructuring, Equity capital raisings, Joint Ventures, Shareholder Agreements, Private equity and Start-ups.

Requirements

  • You will be a Corporate Commercial Solicitor with 4 years + PQE
  • You will have strong technical knowledge
  • You will be commercially minded and enjoy business development and marketing and client facing work

Remuneration

  • Salary is competitive and negotiable depending on your level of experience, on offer is an excellent benefits package and bonus scheme
