Job Details
We are seeking a senior legal advisor to assist a team of commercial lawyers and support staff on behalf of our business, a global and iconic travel business. You will be principally advising the business in relation to all aspects of commercial law.
You will also be responsible for managing and developing a large team who are responsible for all commercial legal aspects of the business; up to date advise in relation to commercial law, company law, intellectual property, data protection, litigation, competition law, IT law. You will develop legal precedents, best practices and processes as well as develop and maintain a reliable, and comprehensive commercial law precedent bank to enable standard documents to be prepared, adapted and produced quickly for the transaction in hand.
The successful candidate will have at least 8 years PQE with in-house experience. You will be pro-active and self-motivated as well as a strong team player with a track record of management . You must have the ability to establish trust amongst peers at a senior level within the company; comfortable with operating within an informal and relaxed style in a lively open plan head office.
