Commercial Solicitor

Are you a Commercial Solicitor on the lookout for a new role in Newcastle upon Tyne? Joining this established commercial team, you would be advising on a range of complex and high value commercial contracts, including various engineering and technology projects, covering intellectual property, software licensing, data protection, franchising, and brand protection to name just a few. This specialist commercial team, work with a wide variety of clients from start-up businesses, SME's and much larger international brands so there is a real mix of clients.

Our client would like someone who has upwards of 3+ PQE within another commercial department and would be highly confident reviewing, drafting and negotiating commercial contracts. This will include IT/software agreements, non-disclosure agreements, franchise agreements, distribution agreements and IP licences. However, if you fall out of this range but feel you have relevant experience, particularly if you have technology experience, I urge you to apply.
