THE ROLE
As a key member of a well respected in house legal function, the post holder will be expected to manage a varied international corporate workload. This role will carry a high level of responsibility, working alongside management, external counsel and senior stakeholders handling the following;
Acquisitions - M & A work
Drafting and negotiating commercial/ service-related agreements across a range of business areas in the UK and Europe, including IT/data protection matters/consumer protection
Asset management/financial agreements
Risk management
THE CANDIDATE
To be considered for this business facing role, applicants will be expected to have c 3 PQE + corporate experience handling international M&A matters, ideally gained from leading City law firm or similar.
