Job Details
Our client is a hugely successful and unique hedge fund based in New York.
Due to the continued growth and success of the business, they are now keen to hire an experienced funds lawyer to join them working closely with the senior lawyers and Heads of Department on the team.
Duties will include:
- Advising around investment management documentation and products.
- Providing advice on relevant regulations, procedures, and policies with regards to the companies marketing and reporting materials.
- Assisting with the structuring of the firm's investment products.
The successful candidate will be:
- Admitted to the New York Bar.
- 2 + years of post-qualification experience.
- Trained at a leading law firm or well-regarded in-house legal team.
- Experienced with the Investment Advisors Act and surrounding legislation.
