This is an incredibly broad team working across corporate finance, leveraged finance, project finance, structured finance and real estate finance. This exciting opportunity is perfect for an established banking & finance associate who looking to take the next step in their career.
The ideal candidate will be;
- A qualified lawyer in a common law jurisdiction with 1-4 years PQE in banking & finance in a leading law firm
- Have an excellent academic background
- Proven in working on large-scale transactions
