This will develop into an autonomous role meanwhile working with the Commercial Property Partners to further develop the team, and their offering throughout Essex. The Role

The firm are seeking to hire an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join their team near Billericay, Essex.

You will be working within one of the regions strongest Property departments and will play a pivotal role working on a varied caseload meanwhile supporting the Partners to drive the department forwards and ensure future success.

They are looking for a motivated and experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to manage their own varied caseload, meanwhile supporting the Partners on more complex cases including:

• Landlord and tenant
• Acquisitions and disposals
• Development and Investment work.

This firm attract a range of high quality and complex cases, so you must be confident working to your own initiative, seeking out support from the Partners where necessary.

Requirements

• You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor, Associate or Senior Associate with 5 PQE +
• There is no upper limit on PQE as the team is expanding significantly
