About the role:
As part of this well-established team, it is anticipated that you will gain exposure to a broad range of Private Client matters. The successful candidate will be rewarded with a competitive salary and a structured progression path.
Workflows will include:
- Managing a caseload of Private Client work including wills, estate, probate, inheritance tax, succession planning, LPA's and Court of Protection
- Act for a broad mix of clients including medium and high net worth individuals
- Taking an active role in supervision of junior fee earners and business development
- Dealing with complex private client matters and sensitive issues
About you:
You will be an experienced Private Client Associate/Senior Associate familiar with the full ambit of private client work. This role has good progression prospects so the team are looking for an ambitious and pro-active individual.
You will be a qualified solicitor and it is anticipated that you will have a minimum of 4 years' experience in wills, trusts and probate matters but this does not preclude someone with more qualified experience from applying for the role. You will be a proven team player with impressive interpersonal and communication skills and will bring a willingness to develop and expand your career expertise as part of this highly respected private client team. Ties to the local area are preferable but not a pre-requisite.
