Residential Property Solicitor - Hertfordshire, £45k+

Our client, a leading Legal 500 firm based in Hertfordshire, are now seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor or ILEX Conveyancer to join their busy and growing team. The successful individual will focus on a broad range of residential sales and purchases with some exposure to high-net worth transactions working within a collegiate and dynamic environment. An ambitious NQ who has completed at least one seat in residential property may also be considered.

The successful individual will need to have prior experience in dealing with a wide range Residential Conveyancing matters - from standard Sale, Purchase and Remortgage transactions to more complicated New Build, Buy to Let and Equity Release matters.  Experience and exposure to more complicated and specialist work will depend on the successful candidate's level of capability. For example, complex work including; Lease extensions, drafting complex property deeds, covenants and deeds of rectification will be given to the candidate when deemed appropriate by the Supervising Partner.

If you have a keen interest in marketing and business development then this role also offers scope to be involved with key business development initiatives. The ideal individual will have between 1 - 4 years PQE within conveyancing preferably with strong market and commercial knowledge.
