Our client is a top US firm with an impressive global reach. They require a c.2-4PQE associate to join their prestigious and well established Corporate team. One of the most profitable law firms globally, they are market leaders within this field.

The incoming associate will be working with the firm's large team of highly respected partners. You will be working on Global and International corporate and private equity transactions. The successful candidate will gain experience of Private M&A as well as Private Equity and work with an impressive roster of clients.

As opposed to some other US firms with a smaller presence in London, this firm offers a supportive and collaborative network, with excellent career development and training. The new joiner should be UK qualified, hold a strong academic record with a minimum of 2 years of post-qualification experience gained within an International, Silver Circle, Magic Circle or US firm in London. Full US salary.
