Job Details
An elite US law firm with a first class financial restructuring practice are looking to appoint a Corporate Associate (NQ-3 PQE) to the team. The practice is known globally for prominent corporate restructurings, they are at the forefront of most of the largest, most complex restructuring matters in the world.
This appointment sits within the firm's financial restructuring group advising primarily on insolvency and restructuring deals within various different sectors.
Applicants will have experience of advising restructuring deals from a branded international or US law firm within the City.
