The Role


The firm are seeking a commercially minded Employment Senior Associate to join this leading Legal500 ranked team in their City of London office.


Due to the nature of this role, there is flexibility on offer; meaning they are able to shape the role around your preference and your strengths. This firm are not only looking for an accomplished Solicitor with the right expertise, but also someone who is keen to play a key role in the team and firms' strategy, management and development.
The department covers all areas of contentious and non-contentious Employment including:

  • Employment Disputes and Tribunals
  • Corporate support and HR advice
  • Business Restructuring
  • Discrimination
  • Unfair Dismissal and Disciplinaries
  • TUPE


The role comes with flexible/ agile working; they trust each individual to perform, and will provide systems ensuring you can communicate effectively with your team.


Requirements

  • You will be an Employment Senior Associate with 5 PQE +
  • Experience of managing and mentoring more junior colleagues is advantageous
  • You should have first-class communication, outstanding business development skills and an entrepreneurial flair
