The role

This role is designed for a Commercial Property NQ to join a growing team and ranked department based in Bournemouth, Dorset.

In this role you will be working directly alongside the head of property giving you fantastic exposure to a strong quality level of work. The Commercial Property team is 5+ strong and they deal with the following:

  • Landlord and tenant work
  • Real estate finance
  • Development
  • Acquisitions & Disposals

You will be supported in running your own files working within the department. You will be managing a mixed caseload of the above dealing with the firms regional, national and international clients giving you dynamic caseload exposure that few firms can offer outside of the city.

Requirements

  • You will be NQ-1 years' experience working in the Real Estate space.
  • You will be ambitious and have an eye for detail
