Employment Associate

This role is LIVE as recently confirmed by our client, interviews will be conducted via video calls.

Errington Legal are currently looking for a driven Employment Solicitor with around 2+ years PQE to join our clients team in Hertfordshire.

This position provides an excellent opportunity to work independently on a varied caseload with support and development in building a portfolio of clients. You will work closely with senior team members in providing a quality legal service to clients. This role will enable you to utilise this support and knowledge from a senior level as you take the next steps in your career.

The successful candidate should have excellent drafting and negotiation skills and be confident in assisting clients in all aspects of Employment Law, including redundancy/reorganisation, TUPE, discrimination and breach of contract.

The ideal candidate will also be expected to show an aptitude for business development and will be willing to get involved in marketing opportunities.
