The ideal candidate for this lateral process will be a corporate lawyer, familiar with high value cross border work; an existing partner with a track record of delivering business and the ambition to develop their practice further at a full service platform with international reach. Lower-mid market clients/deals would be easily absorbed into the Firm’s offering.
