Great new Commercial Property role for this well established Somerset firm. With a solid team of commercial property lawyers dealing with a wide range of work for SME's OMB's and agricultural work, they are now looking to expand with the appointment of an experienced commercial property solicitor to focus on development work. There is plenty of existing work however they are looking for someone enthusiastic and who enjoys meeting clients face to face, getting involved in marketing and business development and is genuinely excited by the prospect of developing their own client base and practice.
The firm have invested heavily in new IT and office space recently and this is something that will enable their lawyers to work more flexibly. If you are looking to join a smaller firm where you can progress quickly and really play a key role within the department then this firm may suit you. The firm offers great salary and benefits.
