THE ROLE:
This role provides focused legal support to the market leading Employee Share Plans business, helping it to deliver success and growth in a global setting. Key responsibilities will include but not restricted to, delivering expert proactive, efficient and robust legal advice to a range of stakeholders on a variety of employee share plan related topics across multiple businesses and countries. Draft and negotiate agreements, contracts and other legal documents that minimize risks and maximize legal rights. Instruct, manage and interact with third parties including external counsel, regulators, public authorities etc., creating relationships of trust. Plan and execute legal support for large projects as well as supporting day to day business activities. Work closely with other share plans specialist lawyers and support a broader team of lawyers as required.

LEGAL COUNSEL/SOLICITOR:
UK qualified solicitor (or equivalent) with at least 5+ years PQE. Significant specialist share plans experience within a recognised incentives practice at a national or international law firm, accountancy firm or other professional services firm. Substantial awareness of structural considerations impacting share plans including regulatory, tax and off-shore issues. Experience in drafting and negotiation and excellent ability to communicate effectively, adapting style to suit audience. Comfortable with high levels of autonomy. Experienced in detailed legal analysis and delivery of advice in the context of broader commercial strategy. Additional European language skills beneficial.

Felicity Simpson – Consultant (Locum)

Following 4 years within the hospitality and sales sector, Felicity joined eNL in November 2016, after identifying legal  recruitment as an industry that interested her and  where she felt she could develop as an individual. Felicity is determined to become an expert in both recruitment and the legal industry, in order to provide her clients and candidates with strong market information and guidance.
