An exciting opportunity has arisen at a Magic Circle law firm within its Commercial IP/IT team.
Operating as an international heavyweight, the firm’s list of clients includes big Pharma, TMT and FS companies. The team works on M&As, restructurings, IPOs and a range of other commercial transactions. In addition to the diverse spectrum of work, the firm offers market-leading remuneration.
The ideal candidate will have a first-rate academic background as well as good commercial IP/IT transactional experience.
