Public & Regulatory Solicitor

This medium-sized City firm possesses a phenomenal reputation in the public and regulatory law field, routinely rated highly by Chambers and The Legal 500, acting across sectors including education, health and social care, charity and local government.

It now seeks a Solicitor with around 8 years’ PQE to cover a maternity leave.

The team advises an array of public bodies and regulators on public law obligations and challenges, and charities and non-profits on regulatory concerns.

The successful candidate will work on a varied caseload of often multi-regime / inter-disciplinary contentious and advisory matters, and with a significant degree of autonomy.
