Commercial/Media Associate - 1-2PQE

Pure Search are instructed on an exciting opportunity for a junior associate to join a growing media-focused practice.

The Company:

Our client has one of the most established commercial teams in the market, with significant international reach and some of the leading names in the commercial, technology and media space. Working with clients ranging from content creators to animation studios and Bafta-winning producers, this is a rare opportunity to join a team where media, technology and commerce are at the core of their business interests.

The Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a self-starter and entrepreneurial approach to join a team where they will be backed extensively to grow their practice, with a view a clear pathway for career progression.

Responsibilities will include:

• Advising and drafting a broad range of commercial contracts, including software licence agreements;
• Acting for marketing, advertising and branding agencies in respect of their commercial contracts, sponsorship and licensing arrangements;
• Assisting gaming, gambling, disruptive and wearable tech companies with commercial support for the growth of their businesses;
• Advising start-up clients and social media content creators in respect of both their corporate and commercial interests;
• Assisting with eSports-related matters.

This is an incredibly varied role which will suit someone with an enterprising and creative outlook, with a desire to join a team who are one of the best in the UK for their commercial, media and TMT work.

About You:

You will have at least 12 months post-qualified experience, ideally in a well-rounded and broad commercial role. You may have gained experience across commercial, IP or TMT and will be looking for a role with a media, entertainment or gaming focus. Previous experience in media and entertainment-related matters is beneficial, but not essential.
