The Role
This top 50 firm is seeking a Residential Conveyancer to join their growing office in the heart of Leeds.
You will be a part of the wider Real Estate team who have an accolade of awards and leading individuals recognised in the Legal 500.
You will have a caseload of transactions that you will run from instruction to completion; which will give you a real level in the way of client contact, therefore building and maintaining client relationships.
You will cover a mixed caseload which will make for an interesting role. This will involve sales and purchases of freeholds and leaseholds, transfer of equity and re-mortgages.
The role offers real progression opportunities by joining a well-established team.
Requirements
- You will be a Solicitor, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer or Fee Earner with vast conveyancing experience
- Ability to handle a caseload from instruction to completion
- You will have a meticulous eye for detail
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- Ability to handle a high-level caseload
Remuneration
- Salary is negotiable depending on your level of experience and excellent benefits package
