Job Details
We have multiple instructions from a major international law firm in the Caribbean. Now seeking to grow their rated Funds practice, the group comprises lawyers from top-tier funds and corporate groups in London. The work will be broad and of the highest-quality, acting for premier global clients on corporate and investment funds matters, including major cross-border M&A and JV's and private equity and hedge funds work.
We will consider lawyers with experience in any of funds, corporate, or finance for these roles. Current or recent experience in a leading City law firm is essential.
The firm offers a high City equivalent salary, on which no tax is payable, together with a comprehensive benefits and relocation package.
