Job Details
We are seeking a commercial counsel on behalf of out client based in North London. The successful candidate will initially report to the Senior Counsel in the transactions and commercial legal team and be a key member of the transactions and commercial legal team and integral to the overall legal team.
You will be proactively maintain and raise the profile of the legal team by developing and taking forward team initiatives/objectives. Key areas of work include high value engineering and MHE procurement, including manufacturing and supply agreements, heads of terms, letters of intent and design appointments as well as significant IT procurement, including appointment of cloud services providers and IT licences.
The successful candidate will have at least 2 years PQE and strong experience in drafting, negotiating and advising on a wide variety of commercial and corporate contracts particularly in the areas of: engineering and IT procurement, licensing, master service agreements, IP collaboration agreements, general terms and conditions, SaaS subscription agreements, logistics & distribution and e-commerce agreements, technology investments and corporate transactions.
