Residential Property Solicitor

This award winning practice has a thriving residential property department.  An exciting opportunity has arisen for a senior solicitor with at least 5 years PQE to join the team.

The team is renowned for working collaboratively with agents, brokers and other solicitors, to safely execute property transactions swiftly and with the minimum of fuss.

The team undertakes a caseload of residential property matters for private clients including: house and flat, sales and purchases, freehold and leasehold properties, registered and unregistered properties, mortgages and equity release, buy-to-let properties, help to buy, lettings, planning, new plot purchases and SDLT.

This is a pivotal role and you will work closely with the Executive Partner to develop strategy and annual business plans.

Business development is also a key part of the role.  This includes developing and protecting existing relationships with clients and referrers and generating new referrals.
