Residential Property Solicitor

This highly reputed practice has a thriving residential property department.  The flow of instructions is such as to demand the appoint of a further residential conveyancer.  

The team is renowned for working collaboratively with agents, brokers and other solicitors, to safely execute property transactions swiftly and with the minimum of fuss.

You will be managing a caseload of residential property matters for private clients including: house and flat, sales and purchases, freehold and leasehold properties, registered and unregistered properties, mortgages and equity release and buy-to-let properties.

More specifically you will be

• Carrying out searches and reviewing titles and documents;
• Drafting of basic property documents;
• Post completion reporting, scheduling;
• Checking of schedules and management of documents;
• Ensuring files are managed in compliance with Lexcel procedures.

You will have the ability to work to tight deadlines to meet completion and other fixed dates.
