Private Client Partner

Our client is an innovative and dynamic firm and as the next stage in its strategic recruitment plan it is keen to appoint a further Private Client partner to the team.  This is a pivotal role and the successful candidate will  be STEP qualified.  Qualification as a tax adviser (CTA) or leaning towards tax would be advantageous.

There is a strong flow of instructions and as such a following is not required.

You will be confident in advising upon the full spectrum of private client work including wills, probate, trust and estate administration, inheritance tax planning, court of protection, succession planning and managing enduring powers of attorney

The department has an impressive client base acting for high net worth clients.

You will assist the head of the department in managing and supervising more junior members of the team so previous management experience would be ideal.  

You will also enjoy taking an active role in business development initiatives by raising the profile of the department.
