Leasehold Enfranchisement Solicitor

This Legal 500 rated firm has an exciting opportunity for a junior solicitor wishing to specialise in enfranchisement offering.  

You will undertake a varied and interesting caseload which will include advising on:

• Lease Extensions of both flats and houses (including issuing/opposing and conducting proceedings in the Leasehold Valuation Tribunal as well as the County Court).  Ideally you will also have experience in preparing applications to the first tier property tribunal
• Enfranchisement Claims 
• Right to Manage claims both voluntary and statutory including 1967 Act as well as 1987 Act and 1993 Act claims:
• The Right of First Refusal
