Commercial Property Solicitor

Our client is an innovative and dynamic firm and as the next stage in its strategic recruitment plan it is keen to appoint a further Commercial Property Solicitor to the team.

The successful candidate will have trained with a highly respected law firm, preferably a city or national law firm and have a strong academic background

You will be given the autonomy to manage your own caseload of smaller transactions on the Sale, Purchase and Lease matters of Commercial Real Estate.  You will also support the Partner with working on larger, more complex matters. 

Any experience in the area of leasehold enfranchisement would be an advantage but this is not a prerequisite for consideration for the role
