Leading offshore law firm would like to hear from ambitious corporate lawyers with a minimum of 4 years relevant experience for a compelling opportunity in their busy BVI office.  England & Wales qualified, you will have trained / qualified / practiced with a top tier offshore or onshore law firm and be looking to build a long-term career in the BVI / Caribbean.

The work on offer is both interesting and varied, spanning mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, stock exchange listings and corporate reorganisations while also advising investment managers and private equity houses on the structuring, formation and financing of investment funds and private equity funds.

To be considered, you will have excellent academics and strong technical skill set with the ability to take responsibility and communicate effectively with clients and colleagues alike. Career prospects for those with drive and ambition are realistic, while the compensation & benefits package is very attractive.
