Job Details
A market leading organisation in Bedfordshire is looking to recruit an experienced Commercial Lawyer to join their in house team.
Initially working remotely, you will be responsible for advising, drafting and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts.
In addition, you will be required to provide advice in regards to general commercial law matters and work very closely with the business and key stakeholders.
To apply for this role, it is essential that you have a minimum of 4 years PQE and a solid background in commercial law. It is also advantageous if you have worked on IP, Tech, Infrastructure, M&A and Consumer related matters.
The role is initially being offered on an interim basis for 6 months but it does have the potential to become permanent.
