Job Details
On behalf of our client, we are seeking a commercially minded, positive, proactive lawyer who have an experience in the pharmaceutical industry to join its legal team in Japan. Must speak Japanese. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast expanding pharmaceutical business that is a key player within the industry.
Job Responsibilities include:
• Contract review and negotiation (dispatch agreements/service agreements/consulting agreements with other companies, vendor agreements, NDA etc.);
• Respond the legal related requests and inquiries from internal clients (Business Development, Sales Operations, HR, Finance etc.) and draft legal documents and communications on a timely and efficient manner;
• Verify and draft responses to the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare, and other relevant governmental agencies.
The successful candidate will be a fully qualified lawyer in Japan and at least 5 years PQE with proven experience in the pharmaceutical industry. You will have the ability to collaborate with colleagues and take a business-oriented approach while identifying and balancing legal risks and providing succinct, accurate and pragmatic advice.
