Transparency & Disclosure Compliance Lead  – Strategic Project Role

Our client is a mid-size international pharma business with European Headquarters near to West London. Over the last three years they have invested heavily in the creation of a European compliance function and there is huge momentum behind development of the regional compliance program.

The next stage in development for the team is to drive forward a new Transparency Program.  With support of an external disclosure partner this new role will take responsibility for the execution of the Transparency Program across Europe. In particular you will be responsible for:

  • Strategy
  • Process
  • Project Management
  • Communication & Training

You must be a strong communicator, able to drive forward the new systems and processes, bringing senior stakeholders on board across a number of different markets. There will be a large element of account management, working with the external partner to embed the new program and to drive accountability and success.

This is a high-level leadership role and envisaged to be a strategic project likely to take 18 months to implement. The ideal candidate will be a graduate compliance professional with at least five years working in a pharmaceutical company with an in depth understanding of compliance regulation and transparency.

For this role you must be strongly numerical and also a problem solver able to project manage and drive forward a new strategic project.

This represents an opportunity to take on an 18-month project with defined success measures and to make a real impact on the development of the European compliance program. The role can be remote based, at least for the first 6 months and full-time (or part-time to combine with other consultancy work).
