Job Details
Hong Kong qualified candidates will possess a minimum of 2yrs PQE developed with a well-regarded international law firm. Bilingual English / Chinese, you will be an accomplished communicator with the ability to develop strong client relationships while working well within what is a very collegiate team environment. To be considered you will require:
- Solid experience in advising clients on banking, securities and insurance regulations.
- Experience in helping clients structure and set up regulated businesses.
- Experience in providing strategic advice and assistance to clients in connection with enquiries, inspections or investigations by regulators.
- Experience in providing commercial and regulatory advice to banks, insurance companies and financial intermediaries.
- Experience in preparing and reviewing standard client documentation and provides related advice.
