Capital Markets Lawyers (New York Bar) - Hong Kong & Singapore

• Representing the majority of the major global investment banks and big-name issuer clients, our client has considerable experience advising on some of the highest-profile capital markets deals across Asia in both debt and equity, ranging from corporate, high yield and sovereign bonds to securitisations, derivatives and structured products.
• In response to consistent deal flow they are keen to hear from New York Qualified Associates with regards opportunities available in both their Hong Kong & Singapore offices. 
• Applicants will have between 3-6yrs experience across capital markets, including a solid background in U.S. federal securities laws and executing capital markets transactions, in both equity and debt. Familiarity with debt and high-yield covenants is also desirable.
• Chinese / regional language skills would be beneficial but not absolutely essential. 
• Academically strong (JD from a top 10 Law School) with experience gained at major US or Magic Circle firm, you will possess strong networking and organizational skills with the ability to communicate assertively when under pressure. Comfortable with clients and proactive in your dealings with colleagues, you will be looking to take immediate responsibility, leading transactions with minimal supervision where appropriate.
