- High profile international law firm actively seeks the addition of a mature corporate partner / team in Hong Kong to assist in the development of their M&A and Private Equity practice across Asia, servicing a client base that spans Banking, Energy, Healthcare, Hospitality and Leisure, Insurance, Life sciences, Manufacturing and Technology sectors.
- Offering a truly integrated platform that will support and enhance your current practice, successful applicants will become part of a collegiate and profitable partnership that is looking to raise its profile in the coming decade through significant investment and firm wide initiatives.
- You will ideally possess a significant regional reputation in M&A, VC and Capital Markets and be at a stage of your career where you are confident in the portability of client relationships and ability to generate instructions. With a strong desire to improve and develop as a lawyer, you will be keen to take on responsibility within the group, leading through example and collaboration with colleagues across the global network.
