Commercial Disputes & Insolvency Associate (5yrs + PQE) - Hong Kong

• Prominent offshore law firm seeks experienced disputes associate with a minimum of 5yrs experience for its expanding team in Hong Kong.
• Possessing one of the largest offshore litigation teams globally, our clients provides advice on technical, strategic and procedural aspects across the spectrum of contentious commercial issues including disputes relating to shareholder rights, directors’ duties, corporate governance, cross-border restructuring and insolvency, funds, trusts and commercial fraud.
• With a strong academic profile and with experience to date gained within a leading offshore, UK, Hong Kong or Australasian practice, applicants will be technically strong with the ability to advise on complex issues with minimal supervision. Managing your own matters on a day to day basis, it is important that you will be able to show initiative, while comfortable working independently on tasks delegated by the partners or other senior fee earners.
• You will also be expected to manage your own financial responsibilities while also taking an active position in the coaching and mentoring of the more junior members of staff. A strong communicator who enjoys business marketing & business development, fluent Mandarin would be advantageous but not essential.
