This role arises within the corporate team. The corporate team is now established and stable and advises public and private companies, management teams, investors and debt providers through the business life cycle, from start-up and first round finance through acquisitions, venture and development funding, reorganisations, restructuring, private equity funding, IPOs and exits. 

The work is varied and the team is friendly and supportive.

The corporate team has maintained a steady and strong pipeline of work and even in the current climate has given them the confidence to invest and look to grow the team further.

Ideally, they are looking at more experienced corporate lawyers with upwards of 2 years PQE which would compliment the current structure. Though there is scope at a more experienced level as well. They hope to be guided more from finding the right individual.
