Job Details

Our client has a number of offices in the South West of England  and a highly reputed Private Client Department.  The firm is keen to build upon its success and as the next stage of its strategic recruitment plan is keen to appoint a further private client solicitor.

You will undertake a varied caseload including:

  • estate planning (including Inheritance Tax mitigation, wills, trusts, powers of attorney), 
  • estate administration, 
  • trust creation and administration, 
  • administration of financial affairs under Lasting Powers of Attorney and Deputy orders
