JOB TITLE: Commercial Contracts Partner – West Midlands
PQE REQUIRED: 8+

SALARY: £100,000 + (Dependant on experience)

As the appointed Commercial Partner you will be advising on all aspects of commercial contracts law including supply contracts, terms & conditions and agency distribution as well as dealing with the day to day responsibilities of being a partner within a well established team. You will be keen to network in the Midlands area and will be determined to build a successful practice.

THE CANDIDATE:
The firm have a very clear strategy as to their growth and where they want to position themselves and have identified the need to recruit an additional Commercial Contracts Partner into the team. The successful Commercial Partner will have a minimum of 8+ years experience and will ideally already be a Partner or a Senior Associate who is desperately trying to achieve partnership where they are. Frustrated Commercial Contracts Partner who are looking for more responsibilities are also encouraged to apply. You will already be working at a leading national firm and be boosting strong technical skills across the broad spectrum of commercial work. A natural passion for business development coupled with actual experience is key. Felicity Simpson – Consultant (Locum)

Following 4 years within the hospitality and sales sector, Felicity joined eNL in November 2016, after identifying legal  recruitment as an industry that interested her and  where she felt she could develop as an individual. Felicity is determined to become an expert in both recruitment and the legal industry, in order to provide her clients and candidates with strong market information and guidance.
