Commercial IT/Tech Associate/Senior Asscouate - Flexible Working

Our client is a major full service, award-winning law firm. This new role will allow you to broaden your skills and experience whilst also building your own niche across the commercial IT/Tech spectrum of work.

You will be amply supported and trained. Plenty of client facing contact is on offer as you help businesses to navigate the long list of contractual issues and challenges they face. An ability to give practical, hands-on advice will be important. Clients range from small autonomous business to multi-national tech companies, both private and public sector.

You will have broad commercial experience with an interest in IT/Tech. You will be involved in the whole sourcing cycle on projects which include:

• Software licensing
• IT outsourcing
• E-commerce
• Information security
