Our client is an award-winning international commercial firm, who have recently made promotions within the team and so are now seeking an experienced Property Litigation Associate to join them.
The team act for developers, major corporate, financial institutions, investors and insurance companies on a wide range of case matters such as property contract disputes, landlord & tenant, dilapidations, 1954 Act renewals, boundary & right of way disputes.
Applicants must have a law degree and extensive proven experience in property litigation (gained within a leading property litigation, commercial litigation or commercial insurance team).
