The Opportunity for You:

This is a unique role for an ambitious and well-respected senior Clinical Negligence or PI lawyer. The firm are looking for an experienced lawyer, with strong commercial acumen and impressive people skills to help lead the team alongside the existing HOD, with the aim of becoming the natural successor as HOD in early course.  You will work with them to further the success - it is a growing team with business development opportunities and unrivalled links.  It's an exciting phase – the team has performed exceptionally well and represents a major part of the firm and its ongoing strategy. 

The role will appeal if you are a Partner or you are operating with gravitas in a role heading towards partnership. Not only do the team have ‘good judgment’ in their work, as recognised by Chambers, but they have good judgment in the lawyers they recruit – this is therefore a significantly important role that requires an exceptional lawyer.
