THE ROLE
An interim in house Legal Adviser position has arisen which will mainly involve providing legal advice on and drafting various commercial contracts and other supporting documents.
The caseload will include a wide variety of matters including commercial, research, procurement and international collaboration contracts, IP matters, bids, fundraising regulations, charity law, disputes and litigation
ABOUT YOU
The ideal candidate will be England & Wales qualified 1-4pqe with good academics and a strong ability to interpret, draft and negotiate commercial contract documentation.
Important also is the ability to communicate well with a wide range of internal stakeholders, present legal and commercial matters clearly and to deliver work of a consistently high quality, often to tight deadlines.
Candidates with private practice or in house experience will be considered.
