Job Details
Our client is a West Country based law firm and one of the leading firms in the South West.
With over 30 partners and 100 fee earners, they are a significant provider of legal services in the region. They are currently seeking a property litigation solicitor to join the team. The team forms part of their wider commercial litigation team which is Chambers & Partners and L500 rated.
You will be working closely with a partner and dealing with a wide variety of property litigation work including boundary/rights of way/party wall disputes, adverse possession and dilapidation claims amongst other things. The role will also include some agricultural property litigation work. You don't necessarily need experience of this but should be happy doing this type of work in addition to commercial and residential property litigation work.
